Dear Crowbush Member,

As you are aware we had planned on renovating our greens beginning Oct. 11. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances that plan has changed, and we will not be resodding greens this fall. We will undertake this project and members will have advance notice of the date the project will begin.

The golf course and golf shop will remain open until the 16th of October. Our regular fall maintenance will begin on Oct.11 which will consist of the aeration of tees, fairways and greens. Tee times will begin at 10:00 during this week and reservations may be made.

With the days getting shorter, Monday Members Night will begin at 4:15 beginning on September 26.  Check the link to the right for the latest standings.

Congratulations to our 2011 President’s Cup winner, Jonathan Murphy.  In his first year as a Crowbush member, Murph went undefeated in President’s Cup play and defeated past champion Terry Kelly in the final on Sunday.  Well done Murph!  Thanks to all match play participants this year and we’ll see you all again next season for another run at the President’s Cup.  For full results of this year’s competition, click the link on the right.

Please make sure to register for this year’s club championship to be held Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28.  Tee times on Saturday begin at 1:20.  A registration sheet is being kept at the clubhouse.  To register, please provide the clubhouse with your name, your handicap index, and the $10 entry fee.  The Club is open to full members (men, women, and junior golfers).
